With so many agencies to choose from, agencies need to push themselves and add value and think about new ways to improve their client’s lives virtually every minute of every day.
And with the market changing at a rapid pace, the need to stay ahead of the curve in the digital and social space is more critical than ever before.
While in the ideal state of affairs this would be a one way street – agencies coming to you all the time with fresh thinking, added value…but it’s not a one way street.
You as the marketer, also have a responsibility. You need to push your agency, challenge their thinking, make them part of the process and then see what they can deliver.
