In the findings of a report recently published on Mashable, Marketers seem to be using Twitter in a less than optimal way (as they put it ever so nicely).
I know I’m one of the many that only tweets once a day (versus the optimal 4), rarely uses hashtags when the study says I should, and tweets at odd hours of the day, versus driving tweets out during the busiest times of the day – the times when the most engagements apparently occur.
I know I learned a bit from this study’s findings that will hopefully optimize the way I communicate to all of you on Twitter.
